The Directorate General of Immigration & Passports, Islamabad is seeking highly motivated, skilled and dynamic individuals to join our team. The available positions are on a regular basis and the candidates will be offered competitive salary packages.

Responsibilities:

Assistant: Will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department.
Stenotypist: Will be responsible for taking dictation and transcribing them into written documents.
Data Entry Operator: Will be responsible for entering data into the system accurately and efficiently.
Printing Staff: Will be responsible for operating printing machines and printing relevant documents.
UDC: Will be responsible for maintaining records and performing other office related tasks.
Call Center Agent: Will be responsible for answering incoming calls and providing information to customers.
Generator Operator: Will be responsible for operating and maintaining the generator.
AC Technician: Will be responsible for repairing and maintaining air conditioning systems.
Electrician: Will be responsible for repairing and maintaining electrical systems.
LDC: Will be responsible for maintaining records and performing other office related tasks.
Dispatch Rider: Will be responsible for delivering important documents and messages.
Support Staff: Will be responsible for providing support to the department.
Helper/Runner/Oven Operator/Cleaners: Will be responsible for performing various manual tasks as assigned.
Naib Qasid: Will be responsible for performing various manual tasks as assigned.
Chowkidar: Will be responsible for providing security to the office premises.
Farash: Will be responsible for performing various manual tasks as assigned.
Sweeper: Will be responsible for cleaning the office premises.

Requirements:

Candidates must have relevant education and experience in the related field.
Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Application Process:

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test and interview.
