Job Responsibilities:
1. Assistant: Providing administrative support to the
department, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting in the
preparation of reports and presentations.
2. Steno-typist: Performing shorthand and typing tasks,
transcribing dictations, preparing draft documents, and maintaining records and
files.
3. Drug Abuse Counselor: Conducting counseling sessions with drug
addicts, providing support and guidance to overcome their addiction, and
working with them to develop individualized treatment plans.
4. UDC: Performing a range of administrative and
clerical duties, including data entry, maintaining records and files, and
preparing reports and presentations.
5. LDC: Performing basic office tasks, such as
typing, photocopying, faxing, and answering phones, as well as maintaining
records and files.
6. Driver: Operating and maintaining a government
vehicle, transporting officials and guests, and ensuring the vehicle is kept in
good condition.
7. Naib Qasid: Performing general housekeeping and
maintenance tasks, including cleaning, stocking supplies, and assisting with
other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Assistant: Graduation in any
discipline with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Steno-typist: Intermediate or
equivalent with a speed of 80 wpm in shorthand and typing, and at least 2 years
of experience in a similar role.
3. Drug Abuse Counselor: Master's
degree in Psychology or a related field, and certification in drug abuse
counseling.
4. UDC: Intermediate or equivalent
with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
5. LDC: Matriculation or equivalent
with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
6. Driver: Middle pass with a valid
driving license and at least 5 years of experience as a professional driver.
7. Naib Qasid: Middle pass with at
least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
